Well, as you can see from the picture above, 2XG.com is getting ready to roll out a brand new theme.
Now I realize some might say; “Well christ, you havn’t updated in months!”…Well you honestly got me there. I’ve been busy with a lot of things outside of 2XG. So sadly 2XG.com has taken a back seat for quite awhile due to me being busy elsewhere. And I always make promises to keep updating, adding and getting new content on here. I am sorry that I fall through on these promises, but as I am sure some of you know – life happens, and when it does you sometimes gotta put projects on the backburner. Sadly, that meant 2XG got neglected for a couple months. I’ll do what I can to try and stay ontop of it all, that I can assure you! 
Anyways, enough excuses and onwards to the new theme. Basically this new theme is more “stream-lined” and simpler to work with. Yes, the theme I have going now is simple and to the point – but I wanted to add in some extra features to make 2XG more…interactive, if you will. Some of the features are as follow;
- Twitter Updates: My tweets will be posted, and viewable by the 2XG following. I don’t always tweet, but when I do you will see 2XG, gaming, music, gfx, etc updates.
- Stream-Lined Navigation: Instead of using a seperate area for each section of 2XG. You will now see 2 boxes, one will be for Tweets, and Recent Posts (as well as my Admin Panel..but thats for me
). The other box will have the Gaming, Tutorials and Artwork/Gallery (once I full finish it) sections. - Top 3 Posts: Minor change/update. You will now see a box with the top 3 posts, and an image to tell them apart. I added this to make the site “pop” some, and add flare.
Well, that is pretty much it for now. I am hoping to finish up the work on this theme in the next couple days. So stay tuned, and check out any and all news that I pump out.
