Moerder’s Review
Gameplay: 10
Gameplay is extremely smooth and worth while.
Graphics: 10
The graphics are excellent. The screens above do not justify this game’s graphics.
Sound: 10
Need For Speed Underground has some of the best sounds I have heard in a racing/car game ever. The soundtrack is excellent as well.
Value: 10
Great amount of gameplay is provided, and the replay value is great.
Overall Rating: 10
The Need For Speed series have always had their perks, but Need For Speed Underground takes the series to new grounds. The racing is fast and in your face, just the way many like their racing games. Graphics, car models and the environments are beautifully done. I was expecting a fair deal of rap music to comprise the soundtrack, but actually there is more rock music in the game. Such bands as Static-X, Rob Zombie and LostProphets make up the soundtrack along side some rap music. Overall the game is great, it offers a lot and leaves just about every bit of customization in the players hands. I recommend this game to all race fans, especially fans of the Need For Speed series.
