1. Select the gradient tool and change its mode to Difference. Make several gradients arcross your work space.
2. Distort –> Twirl [settings: whatever you think looks good. In the sample I used 300]
3. Select the Lasso tool and just make an abnormal shape around the center
4. Feather the selection [shorcut - ctrl+alt+D, I used 25] Then invert the selection [ctrl+shift+I] and press delete twice
5. Artistic –> Plastic Wrap [settings: strength - 15, detail - 9, smoothness - 7]
6. Layer –> Duplicate Layer
7. Switch the duplicate layer’s mode to multiply, then colorize it [ctrl+u]
8. Layer –> Flatten Visible
9. Layer –> Duplicate Layer
10. Change the duplicate layer’s mode to color dodge and apply Motion blur [settings: angle - 135, distance - 30]
